Regular Activities





The Hall hosts a wide variety of regular activities as listed below - further information can be obtained from the Booking Secretary.

 

WEEKLY PROGRAMME OF REGULAR ACTIVITIES (from March 2024)


MONDAY morning: Reserved for the Hall's regular deep clean and occasional maintenance.  A Parish Coffee Morning is being trialled on the first (non-Holiday) Monday of the month (see 'Community Events').

MONDAY afternoon: KUMON (Maths and English support for children).

MONDAY evening: VINYASA FLOW YOGA with Carolyn 7.30pm - 8.30pm.  All levels welcome.  Relaxing, uplifting, enjoyable.  Please bring a mat & wear comfortable clothing.  A fully qualified Yoga Alliance Professionals Registered teacher.  Private 1:1 & bespoke group classes also at Claverton Thurs am.  For further details and to book please contact Carolyn@nourishflowyoga.co.uk or go to the website www.nourishflowyoga.co.uk

 

TUESDAY morning: ART IN BATH (Tutoring in drawing, painting, sculpture & creative writing). 

TUESDAY evening: CITY OF BATH BIRD BREEDERS SOCIETY/ VIVA LA DANCE (Latin American and ballroom dancing classes run by full-time professional dance teacher Joanna Whitehead.  Contact 01225 287984).
 

WEDNESDAY morning: CLAVERTON ART GROUP (Tutored class for those with some experience).

WEDNESDAY afternoon: CLAVERTON ART GROUP (Tutored classes).

WEDNESDAY evening: BADMINTON (For amateur players, including table tennis).

FRIDAY afternoon (alternate weeks): U3A SWING BAND rehearsals.  BATH OLD TIME DANCERS 2nd Friday of the month.

FRIDAY evening: BATH MINUET COMPANY.  The group learns and practises a wide range of period dances, from Court Dance to more informal Country Dancing.  It gives performances in Bath and elsewhere, and arranges an annual Ball in the Assembly Rooms. www.bathminuet.co.uk

 

In addition, at WEEKENDS there are regular meetings of BATH WARGAMES CLUB, INTER-FAITH GROUP and a MODEL RAILWAY CLUB as well as a number of other DANCE opportunities.
