St Mary's Claverton Parish Lunches are held in the Hall from 12 noon to 2pm, usually on the first (non-Public Holiday) Monday of each month, except January and August. All local residents are most welcome. A light lunch will be served at 12.30pm - a donation of £2 is requested. An opportunity to come together, share a simple meal and enjoy each other's company in a friendly setting. Dates for 2012 are Mondays Mar 5th, Apr 2nd, May 14th, June 11th, July 2nd, Sep 3rd, Oct 1st, Nov 5th, Dec 3rd. |

Possible UK Jigsaw Record displayed in the Hall - James & Joanna (dance instructors) photographed with their 32,000-piece masterpiece. "We believe we were the first in the UK to complete it (in just under 12 weeks) although there may well be some modest household with one already. It's called Double Restrospect, a 32,000-piece puzzle by Ravensburger, with artwork by the late Keith Harding." |
